Guided tours of the „The Impermanent” exhibition in English

We invite you to join a guided tour of The Impermanent. Four Takes on the Collection – the first presentation of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw’s collection in its new building at 103 Marszałkowska Street, right in the heart of the city. This is a unique opportunity to explore selected themes from nearly twenty years of collecting, shaped in dialogue with the present and its most pressing challenges. During the tour, we will focus on selected artworks and topics such as the social engagement of art, collective memory, and our relationship with the natural environment. The guided tour will offer insight into how the museum is building a collection as a living archive of contemporary experiences – political, ecological, and cultural. The tours are led by members of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw’s Education Team, who share their knowledge and context while inviting open discussion. The Impermanent. Four Takes on the Collection is an exhibition that encourages shared exploration, questioning, and reinterpretation.
