Edyta Cieloch (b. 1969)
Ceramic designer shaping the contemporary face of Polish porcelain.
A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, she has been collaborating with Marek Cecuła and his Modus Design studio since 2007.

Since 2013, she has co-created the contemporary porcelain brand Ćmielów Design Studio, part of the Polskie Fabryki Porcelany “Ćmielów” and “Chodzież” S.A.

Edyta Cieloch designs porcelain that merges sculptural form with function. Her BAU Solo set, inspired by Bauhaus ideals, won the top international award in the Coffee/Teaware category at the Tableware International Awards of Excellence 2023.

She regularly takes part in exhibitions in Poland and abroad. Her works are included in museum collections such as the Museum of Arts and Design in New York and KOCEF Ceramic Foundation in South Korea.

Her ceramics are not just vessels, but emotional objects embedded in the rituals of everyday life.
